If you're ordering a large custom selection, we'll hold your order slot for the agreed date. If your plans change, please tell us as soon as you can so we can adjust our production schedule. We may release a reserved slot if you don't make contact closer to the date.
Our menu and prices reflect the finest ingredients available and may shift seasonally as we source the best in-season additions. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we'll suggest an equally delicious alternative from our range.
Custom hampers, bespoke flavour blends and special collections need at least five working days' notice, and we request a deposit to secure your order. If you need to cancel, reach out immediately and we'll work with you to find the best solution.
You're welcome to browse and share our pages with friends and family. Our recipes, photography, designs and branding are our own — please don't use them commercially without getting in touch first.
